It is a lesson for all of us to have the same attitude in our daily life that Carrie had in facing this disease. Her faith in God never wavered, her positive attitude always shown through. Scripture tells us that one day, God Himself will wipe away the tears from her eyes. By His amazing grace, we will be there to see it. The Regina Howell Elementary family misses you Carrie, and we will be there for Lauren and Will, as well as your faithful husband Jonathan.

Dear families of Carrie,
We will always remember the most famous Bruin Mascot and all her cute "antics". I think we watched her more than the game. Heaven can expect a sweet and fine addition. You will be missed, Carrie.
Our prayers go out to all her family.

Deepest sympathy for Johnathan, Lauren, Will, and the many other family members and friends of Carrie. I did not know Carrie very well, but it didn't take long to see how awesome she is. Her children will forever be in my thoughts and prayers.

This is sad news. I remember her with a smile on her face. May she rise up on wings like eagles. Thinking of her family, sending love.

Actually met Carrie while the both of us were still in Nacogdoches TX. She was always a joy to be around. The facebook world allowed us to stay in touch. And even though I didn't know her like most others here, I do cherish knowing her and communicating with her. Sympathy to her families that will miss her dearly... Rest in Peace Sweet Lady...

Carrie was a great inspiration to us all. Her bravery and sweet spirit through her treatment lifted all who were touched by her. Our hearts are heavy for you, Jonathan, and your two beautiful children. Though she will no longer be physically present, she will be spiritually present with us always.
We pray that God will hold you in the palms of his hands and will bless you. God and your church family will continue to pray for you. We are ready to do whatever yo ask or need. We surround you with our love and lift you up for God's mercy and love.
