I will admit it has been years since I have seen or spoken with Carrie, but it is with fond memories of handbell trips and other youth group activities at St. Andrews and holidays when our families got together that I was blessed to have gotten to know her. What an inspiration Carrie was to all who ever met her. She has touched and changed so many lives during her short time here on Earth. God has many ways of reminding us that the beautiful spirits who have touched our lives soar higher and farther than we would ever imagine, all the way to perfect peace and freedom with Him. May you find peace, Leyria, Allison and Zachary Holmes

While my wife and I are devastated that Carrie is no longer with us, we are eternally grateful that God saw fit for us to reconnect almost 3 years ago. Carrie was one of our best friends. We are trying to take comfort in knowing that she is with God in Heaven, and that she made such a tremendous difference in the lives of so many people. To the Budd and Naas families, please know that we are here for you, and that you are also in our thoughts and prayers.
With our deepest condolences and much love, Greg and Julie Randolph

Dear Budd and Naas families,
Our thoughts are with you during this time of sorrow. We were so saddened to hear of Carrie's passing. From the time I met Carrie at UPC handbells, I've never met someone so outgoing and full of life. She was such a dear friend and wonderful person. She always made us feel part of her family, and she will be dearly missed.

Psalm 23:4
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Peggy and Jim Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers during your sadness. Carrie fought such a courageous battle and she was an inspiration to many others. Carrie handled her illness with such grace. I remember she was such an adorable baby, little girl, teenager, and adult Carrie baby sat several times for us and Amy and Bruce thought she was so much fun.
I am so sorry we will not be able to be with you Saturday because we have made plans to be out of town. Jimmie Jay and Bruce Jackson
