I always loved going to Aunt D'Alice's house and seeing my big cousins. I loved being there at Christmas and various holidays throughout my youth. My dad loved his sisters so much and always felt protective of them. It was sweet to hear Grandmother talking about his hiding and watching as his sisters brought home beau's. Hence, his nickname. I can always tell which side of the family people were from. Aunt D'Alice and Ann and Aunt Addie always called him Beau. No one on the other side did. It was very sweet and endearing:-) I'll miss Aunt D'Alice.....the end of an era :-( Sherry
