Dear Beverly and family what a very hug he loss. I was with you the day Lori got her diagnosis. We have kept in touch via email. She was a very easy person to care about and to become her friend. I just found out today the 30, of Dec about her passing I am devastated. She really hung in there with all the chemo. God Bless you and your family and know at least there is no more pain or chemo she is pain free with God. Love Robin Gerhardt

Lori, to this day, every time i see a parade, whether it be Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, or whenever, I think of you and a smile crosses my face. I wish I had a videotape of how fiercely you would fight everyone for TV rights on Parade Days when you were 14 & 15 years old! Somehow, I am comforted in knowing that, instead of flipping from channel to channel, afraid you'll miss something, now you'll be able to watch them all at once from the best vantage point of all. Rest in peace, sweet Lori, and save me a seat. (((((HUG!)))))

My heart is breaking for you as I can't even begin to imagine the loss and pain you're experiencing. I wish there was something I could say or do to make it any better. Please know I will be keeping you close in my prayers and heart.

To the family of Lori Johnson. I doubt that any of you know this, but Lori helped me through one of the most terrible times of my life. I lost someone very special to suicide and she would come over and literally babysit me because I could not function. She was so kind and patient with me. I will never forget her for that...what a dear, special person. When she told me of her illness, I was so sad. I prayed for her everyday. I lost my brother in August and my parents lost a son. Well, Lori's Mom, it is a horrible thing to lose a child...not supposed to happen. Brian, I heard that you have grown into a fine young man and that is because of your Mom and Grandmother's love for you. I'm so proud of you and I know your Mom was too. Just remember, you will see her again someday, she's out of pain like my brother, but somehow that doesn't make me feel any better yet about Lori or my brother. His name was Dennis. Let's just hope that they have met in Heaven and that they are enjoying the beauty that we will all see one day. Thank you all for letting Lori be a part of my life. Such a very special person!!
