I know that Ms Kate will be missed by my nieces and nephews, children of John and Faye Hunt. She was wonderful to the whole family. I was honoured to have met her on one of my family's visits to China.
She lived a full life of service to others and now she has her reward.

I have great memories of time spent with Ms. Kate and her beautiful family. Her home was a place full of wonder and adventure. A fabulous cook, she could make anything smell and taste amazing. She gave the best (and thoughtful) presents too...a jar of pickles!
With much love,
Monica Joy
