My prayers for the family of Mrs. Kate. I have fond memories of being taught by Mrs. Kate in Sunday School class every Sunday. She was such a sweet lady and wonderful teacher. What an example to so many that she devoted her life to God and family. I will rejoice to see her in glory one day and see her crown! Love & prayers.

Then one day you look, and the people you know will always be there are gone. Mildred, Irma, Rex and families, it was a pleasure to know and an honor to be related to Aunt Kate. She was wise, caring, witty, smart and beautiful. The sorrow of her passing is eased by the thought of her being reunited with everyone she knew. It had to be like a family reunion multiplied by several generations. The Vacation Bible Schools and your parents willingness to take care of us as kids will always be remembered.

The greatest second Mother any boy, man or person could ever want. The love she had for me was more than I could ever measure and the LOVE I had for her was just as big. She was a close friend, a mentor, a clown, snd I'm going to miss her with all my heart. If I could just hear her laugh and see her smile one more time...God Bless you Sweet Sweet Lady. Mildred, Irma Rex I'm sorry for Our loss... my heart is as empty as y'alls right now....you three were blessed with one of the greatest Mothers on earth. Y'all are in my prayers tonight. Love you all. Ms. Kates Hippie Son.
