There is so much to be said about my Uncle Arthur that I scarcely no what to put down in few words. Most definetly of course, I will miss his sporadic phone calls which were only five or ten seconds with a great one liner leaving tears in my eyes for a week or more. If it were not for this man though, I suppose, I may not have even existed. For when my father was in his teens Arthur took him under his wing and taught my father what a real man was made of. Honesty, Courage, Strength, Humbleness, Love and above all the Knowledge to pursue these things wisely. He never failed to cheer me or encourage me. I guess the main thing that will be missed is that no matter who you were, where you came from, blood or not he treated you as kin folk. That's just the way he was. Oh and Sunny? I know you're up there reading this. Please forgive my grammar. My heart is with Aunt Janice and the rest of your loved ones. On behalf of my self and the rest of my family you are all in our praires. Thanks for everything Uncle Arthur & I know God will bless you in eternity. Your grand nephew, Stephen

I want to thank Reverend Jim Salles and Pastor Kevin Otto for their contributions to todays celebration of my father's life. I also realized that I was remiss in my previous posting in commenting on my Dad being a wonderful and loyal brother to his eight sisters. He spoke to his two remaining sisters, Maurine and Elizabeth on a daily basis, and I have been told by both, that he was definately their favorite brother. (He was their only brother!) It was great to see so many of my Dad's friends and our family members. My Dad was an amazing, caring man to all who ever met him.
His Loving Son,
Kelly

For My Loving Dad,
He started out as an English teacher, but soon realized that none of his students wanted to learn how to write right, so he decided to become a Librarian.
I will miss his smile, his humor and our morning conversations on my way to work. He has been a wonderful Father, Husband and Grandfather. I believe that his kindness, generosity and compassion for others qualifies him to be known as "Saint Arthur", now that he has gone home. As much as I will miss him, I know that our loving, caring God has reunited him with his family and many friends. I am truly grateful for everything he has done for me, and for many, many others.
He was the best Father a man could ever want.
Kelly
P.S. Jodi and I are really going to miss his smile.

Uncle Sonny was a force to be reckoned with, witty, energetic, unpredictable, and always ready for a new adventure. I will miss him.
