I was sad to read of the passing of my old friend Betty's mother. Even from a distance of years and miles, we feel the joys and pains of those we care about. May Betty and all of her extended family know comfort in the months ahead, and may their memory of their extraordinary mom bring them happiness and healing.

I am saddened to hear of Rosalind's passing. While I did not know her well, I remember her very well. I had been on my job at the Mental Health Association about a month when this tiny woman entered the office. She announced that she was Rosalind Horwitz and she wanted me to know that she is a life time member of our Association. As quickly as she entered, she left. She did leave quite an impression on me and I want to say how much we at MHA appreciated her kind support. God bless you Rosalind and your family.

To my dear beloved girlfriend Kay, Dennis and family... Your precious Mother would have simply adored this lovely eulogy so eloquently written with such care and love. We're keeping all of you lifted up in prayer. I just know she is on the other side playing cards with my adorable Father! She lived an amazing life and was blessed with 3 beautiful daughters and family. I love you Kay! cat

Gail, Kay and Betty, Bruce and I are so sorry about the loss of your sweet Mama. Rosalind was truly a lovely lady and I know how much each of you will miss her. Take comfort in knowing how very proud she was of each of you.
I've known her my entire life, and I have so many fond memories from dancing school car pools to taking family trips with her in the eighties to Arkansas. She was always a true friend, gracious hostess, and a wonderful cook.
Rosalind has touched our lives for so many years and her relationship with my family goes back to when she and my mother would visit their relatives in Galveston when they were children. Her passing has left a huge void in my Mother's life.
I'm so sorry that we cannot be with you at the service, but do know all of you are in our thoughts. Jimmie Jay
