Dear Family
I had the pleasure of meeting with John when I was a home health nurse. He was a very kind and funny man. I am sure he will be missed by all who knew him or had the pleasure of hearing that sweet guitar sound.

Even though I didn't know Mr. Hodges, I found his obituary while searching for another, and wanted to extend my condolences. It is my wish that the fond memories you shared will bring smiles to your faces until you can share many more, after he is awakened from sleep. Yes the time will come very soon when Jesus will call him back to life, just as he did his friend Lazarus- John 11:25- the life to be enjoyed thereafter is mentioned at Psalm 37:11,29. Life in peace and happiness forever.

I met John a few years ago, as I was a regular at What-a-Burger coffee group in the morning. He had a great way of making us laugh, and I always admired him, because he never left without getting his wife breakfast, or going home and cooking it for her, he was a special friend and I know your family will miss him, I will keep your family in my prayers.
