To Lois, Courtnay and Russell,
I know it is hard to lose a loved one, especially a husband and a father. I will always remember the good times we spent at Lake Houston and the welcome we always received from Gene. He is at peace now and no more pain and suffering. He has gone to be with his Maker, Pat and Charlie. Someday we will all meet again.
Love,
Aunt Shirley

Here's to the GREATEST uncle this world has ever ... and will ever know. I will always remember Uncle Eugene with a smile on his face and for his good-humored sharp wit. I have many fond memories of Uncle Eugene as I was growing up. He was such a selfless man and we were always welcomed for visits. Uncle Eugene made the BEST homemade ice creams in the world ... by the freezers-full. He always had Dr Peppers and cans of Koby's shoe-string potatoes for us as kids. I will miss him dearly. My deepest condolences to you, Aunt Lois, and Russell and Courtnay and all his other children. We will all miss him dearly.

Dear, dear friend,
I know that you need the greatest strength right now, and I lift you up in prayer to God that you receive everything that you need to make it to tomorrow. One day at a time, Lois. One step at a time. I'll see you soon, but LOVE you always.
Chin up!!Vicki

Dear Pelech family and Mother: Though we will miss Uncle Eugene immensely, his infectious laugh, sense of humor, and great big hugs, I find comfort in knowing that he is at peace in Heaven with God and all the other family and friends that have gone before us. My prayers and thoughts are with you all during this difficult time. It really helps knowing that we will all remain close to one another and honor his memory. God truly "broke the mold" when he blessed our lives with Uncle Eugene for he is truly one of a kind. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, papa, brother, uncle and friend. He will be remembered and loved as such. God bless you and your family!

Uncle Eugene - one of the kindest most genuinely good men I have ever known. Always fun to be around and just a pleasure to be with. Even through this ordeal you kept your sense of humor and heped us to weather it with you. I will miss you immensely and especially our bouts over Mother's noodle soup and who could get to the pot first. I am blessed to have had you as my Uncle - you set the bar for "uncleness" really high. I cherish the memories. God bless you.
Love,
Jeanette
