To Debbie, Rette, Mark and Harriet:

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Genie brought so much life and love to those around her. She was a beautiful person, inside and out, and I'm grateful to have known her.

Genie was a delightful friend. We fondly remember her performances with the Beaumont Civic Opera. Just wanted you to know that we are thinking of all of you.

I met Genie when I began singing with the St. Mark's choir back in the 60s. She had a wonderful and moving voice and a contagious laugh. It was not possible to keep a sober mien if Genie started laughing -- and she laughed at herself also. I well remember one of her stories about a trip she made with the Melody Maids when she was trying (unsuccessfuly!) to be quite sophisticated.

What a shock to learn that Genie is gone! A lovely, wonderful woman. All the memories, from Westminster Presbyterian Church, Beaumont Civic Opera, St. Mark's! A warm, witty, funny woman who enriched the cultural life of Beaumont for many decades. We will miss her very much. My thoughts are with all her family, and dear Harriet.

Another wonderful Lady was called that her Angel Wings were ready. I am sure she is flying over us and looking after each and everyone of us. So many great memories we all have of you - Frances Eugenia Browning.
My prayers are with each of your family members.
What a great friend you were to many - you will be missed.
