My heart is filled with sadness and tears for you, I can only hope God gives you strength through this heartbreaking time for your family...please accept my heartfelt condolences and you and your hero will be in my prayers always.

My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. As a mother of a son in the service I am very proud he serves but always carry the fear he will be put in harms way. I did not know you, but I cry for the loss of someone so young and so much life to live. Rest in peace soldier, you have done your duty.

I am in awe of your son's bravery and selfless courage. I have the utmost respect for David. I can see it in his eyes that you raised a great son. Please know that this veteran appreciates David and will pray for him and your family.

I wanted to take a moment to thank David's family for raising such a wonderful young man and giving him the freedom to become a national hero. Thank you David for your selfless service and ultimate sacrifice. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family. Our son SPC Nick Williams has been serving in Logar province for the past year and he would like to send his condolences to a fallen brother. God bless you and your family.

My heart goes out to you and your family. I was there when he was bought in, and I performed CPR on him. I hurt knowing that a young man gave so much so soon. You and he will always be in my heart and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. As a mother of a soldier I can feel your pain, so young our babys go off to protect and serve our country. Many make the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.Your son will never be forgotten, he will always be in our hearts. A true American Hero..I pray you and your family can find some peace in your time of loss. God bless you and your family. If there is anything my family can do to help yall please let us know. We will always be here for yall.
