Joseph "Joe" Nathaniel Faggard

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Joe's passing. Having the pleasure of meeting him was truly a blessing He was absolutely the "go to" man for the entire beach community.

I met Joe in 1980,he was a good friend to Bolivar, I always considered him apersonel friend. Our deepest condolances go out to his family.

We will miss you always Paw-Paw! I'm glad you know you will suffer no more. Love you..

Joe will be sadly missed but never forgotten. No matter what he tried his best to help the whole peninsula. For all our family he was there to help, never met a stranger. Our love an prayers to you Bobbie and the rest of the family.

Joe was such a historian of everything that was the Bolivar Peninsula. What an honor to have a state bill named after you. That was Joe, always fighting for what was best for this little piece of God's country. Joe loved the Peninsula and endeavored to always do his best for his beloved Bolivar Peninsula and the people who called it home as well as though that loved to spend their leisure time there. Joe, you rest now and soar on Angel's wings as you look down upon all of God's creations. Bobbie and family, may God bless you and give you mercy and grace as you travel down the path to deal with this great loss. Always remember he made such a difference in so many lives and in the that small strip of land he called home and loved so much.

Joe was one of a kind, a legend on the Bolivar Peninsula. It didnt matter if you lived in High Island, Gilchrist, Crystal Beach or Bolivar, Joe was there to help you if he could. He did many things for this peninsula that probably wouldnt have gotten done if he wasnt involved. He will be missed.
