Though I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr Williams, it certainly is evident through my friends, wife Mary and son Matt, that this Texas gentleman - Mr. Louis Williams, was a first class citizen by the wonderful legacy of fine family and friends and boots that he has left behind. I will stand in support of all who will miss him.
I call upon all my blessings and peacefull tidings towards the Williams family.
