34 years ago, i met a man that would eventually be known as my father n law, Marvin Schroeder.to this day i can remember that night and i thought, what a warm wonderful smile that man had! and that twinkle in those beautiful blue eyes. there will never be another smile and twinkle like that ever again, as Donny Schroeder said, they can't be duplicated,EVER! i love you daddy and will always keep you close to my heart. and when i turn in our driveway, i will always look to see if you're sitting in the garage so i can honk and wave. Until we meet again.I LOVE YOU! your indian squaw daughtern law. (=:

Uncle Marvin, I will never forget how much you have done for me over the years. You and Aunt Patsy showed me how a loving home should be, and opened that home to me whenever I needed to be part of your wonderful, crazy family. You spent time drinking coffee and arguing with me at the kitchen table - and I am sure I drove you nuts with my infinite 18 year old wisdom. You came to my weddings. (Even the last and finally right one!) You spent time holding my babies and wiggling your ears at just the right time. The list goes on and on, but I believe it can be summed up by the way you treated all of your family, by giving us unconditional love, whether we deserved it or not. Aunt Patsy, God certainly smiled on you with favor when He gave you and Marvin to each other. You were an awesome wife, through better and worse, during sickness and health. One day (many years from now) Marvin will waltze you off to Heaven. I love you both.

Dear Patsy and Family: No words can be adequate at this time. I know God is having one amazing time with those Schroeder men!...They do tend to make things lively!..He is free from pain and with the Lord and his brothers...I know those left behind do feel a void. I ask that God Bless you and watch over each of you. He was an amazing man as are each of you. Love, Jennifer
