My grandfather Herbert Cole was one of Aunt Lorieta's older brother's. I have to say that he very much loved her and talked about her fondly often when he was alive. I remember when my grandfather was very ill all of his siblings spent lots of time visiting him. He had a huge soft spot for Aunt Lorieta. I send my deepest sympathy to your family from mine.

I can still picture Lorieta and the group sitting at our kitchen table. They'd go through pots of coffee and discuss everything that was going on in Sour Lake.
One time Lorieta said she couldn't have sugar but she had a piece of cornbread every day. My Aunt said, "Lorieta, they make sugar out of corn." Lorieta said she was still going to have her cornbread.
There was always laughter and coffee. They are all back together now. They better have coffee in heaven.

Buddy, on behalf of all of us who share Sunday mornings with you, we are so very sorry about your Mother. Over the last couple of weeks I feel we all endured your pain. Sometimes even though we know how better off things are in Heaven its so hard to let go of them.I lost my Mother when I was 2 years old . It was hard growing up without her.So please cherish the moments, the years and all the memories you had with her. So when you play Phone in Heaven we will cry together. take care Buddy and please stay strong.

Dear Mike, My thoughts and prayers are with you. I will not be able to attend your mothers service. I am out of town keeping my sick grandchild. I want you to know how much I loved and respected her. She always sat by me at church and I missed her when she couldn't be there. May the Lord Bless You and your family. I will see you soon. Joan
