Dear Vickie & Family,
My heart goes out to you all, yet my thoughts are that Eddie must have felt completely blessed in his life to have had you, your girls, their guys and all the grandkids loving him. Though your hearts are breaking, my prayer is that you remember the fun times, the way he could make you laugh and the memories that bring you great comfort and peace. Although I missed my final real estate class (work & H. Ike), the best part of the training was Eddie. He was tough on us in class, but knew exactly how to regain our attention with a story or something funny. He never failed to ask me how my kids & grandkids were, and Eddie would tell me a funny story or two about Holli or Avery that even I didn't know, when they were hanging with Britney & you guys. Eddie will be greatly missed by so many, and you can go the rest of your life knowing you were loved......and, so will Eddie, but in a much better place!! Love you all. <3

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this sad time. Eddie was truly one of the nicest people I have eve met.
So enjoyed our last visit with him sitting out on the patio after Kelsey's graduation from Lamar. He love telling of how Vicki and he designed the outdoor kitchen he was so proud to share wth everyone.
He always had a smile and a kind word for all. We will miss him at family gatherings for sure!
Love,
Dixie & Jim Graves

Eddie was funny, smart, and compassionate. He always had a trivia joke. The loss of Eddie is so great.

I am sad to see that Eddie has gone. We were friends as teenagers and the memories of our adventures are flooding my mind. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

I am so sad to hear of Eddie's passing. I met Eddie while taking Real Estate classes from him working to become a Certified Appraiser. He was so full of knowledge and could keep you interested in sometimes some otherwise boring material. He was always telling stories of his experiences in Real Estate and then some of his family growing up. I saw his marriage license in the paper when he married Vicki and called and talked to him, I was excited for him. He was always happy and bubbly, someone you enjoyed being around. You family will be in my prayers, he will surely be missed.
