VIVIAN,
SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. SOMETIMES, AS DIFFICULT AS IT IS TO GIVE THEM UP, IT IS THE HUMAN THING TO DO.
WE DIDN'T KNOW "COWBOY" THAT WELL; BUT,FROM THE PICTURES, ETC., HE SEEMED LIKE A GOOD FAMILY MAN.
WE REGRET THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SERVICES; BUT, TENDING TO BUSINESS MATTERS REGARDING MOTHER'S ESTATE HAS US RUNNING THE ROADS. PLEASE FORGIVE US.
BOTH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE IN OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS!!!!!!!

God looked around His garden and found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. God’s garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best. He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb, So He closed your weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be thine." It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn’t go alone, For part of us went with you the day God called you home. -Irish Prayer

Vivian, Howard will be missed!! I will remember his beautiful smile and how his eyes shined. He always enjoyed the cajun band at the b-day parties. I'm so sorry for the sorrow you are enduring right now. It's only temporary. When you are feeling better you should come volunteer. :) It will be hard, I know.. we would love to see you. Love you!

Cowboy,
When you came into this family you inherited a ten year old little spoiled brat, me. I am so sorry for any grief I gave you back then. I know at that time I was not a prize in the deal but you loved my mother and to you she was the ultimate prize and you would deal with anything just as long as you had her. You were quiet at times but you definitely liked to smile and laugh. I will always remember the fun you two had dancing and how I used to love to watch y’all swing around the dance floor. Thank you for all the hard work you put in helping me and thank goodness for your knowledge and ability to fix anything! And boy did you do a lot of that for me over the years. We joked about you being slow but it was because you made sure it was done right and perfect. That has rubbed off on me too in some areas…you taught me if your going to take the time to do something, then do it right. You were a good man to my mom and to all of us and I am forever grateful to you for that. Your love and dedication to her has shown me what kind of person I want and need to have in my life. You were more than just a “step” dad to me and I hope you knew that. All of us kids have learned many things from you but the one thing we all witnessed was your patience and dedication. Thank you for everything! Now rest in peace with our Lord and enjoy heaven…I picture you sitting there with a cup of coffee enjoying a cool breeze and a clear blue sky.
Love you and Miss You, Ann Marie
