When my family first moved into the neighborhood. A gentleman and a young boy was passing near our new home. The gentleman turned and started walking towards my direction. Not knowing who these people are and what they wanted. Mr. Bonura introduced himself and stated this is my son Peter. Peter ask, would be Ok if my father and I could pick some Roses from your Rose bush to give to his Mother? That aoutomaticlly tells you alot about the Bonura's. It started the family friendship of the Bonura family and our family.
Peter always had a glowing smile, and if you didn't his jokes would get you to laugh and smile. Thank you "Pete" Patrick Lemell

I am so sorry to hear about your brother. I am out of town, but I will pray for you and your family. My sympathy goes out to your family during this most difficult time.

So sad to hear about Peter's passing. My prayers go out to the Bonura family. He was such a wonderfully kind human being...so well mannered. I will always remember his kind words.

Rest in peace, Peter. May all who knew you be forever enriched by your kindness and love.

My Dear Family, I am praying for all of you but Pete is having Supper with The King Tonight. I taught him in confirmation class and he always remembered me. I was in Church one day and a beautiful voice was singing in perfect tune was coming from somewhere and at last I found Pete was making that wonderful sound. I hope he is in Heaven`s Choir when I get There. I will never forget him.

I'm so sorry about Pete. He was a friend of mine. We corresponded by email several times and went to the same church. Several of us brought him communion while he was in the hospital. We are going to miss Pete but he is with the Lord now and in a better place. I know Pete was very strong in his faith he taught me a lot. May God bless and comfort you all at this time. God has brought another angel home.

I went to school with Peter and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to reconnect with him after so many years. One of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, who never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He will be truly missed. Keeping his family close in prayer during their time of loss.
