Joseph Presley Frederick, Jr.

I cannot express enough how saddened I am about losing a dear, dear friend. I will always remember his wonderful laugh. I still have our 6th grade photo of him in his baseball uniform and me as the bat girl for the team. And I will always remember the Frederick family fondly and how much all of you were such a wonderful part of my childhood memories. Joey will be greatly missed.

I am so sad to hear about the loss of Joey. He and I were good friends and classmates back in high school but, we hadn't kept in touch through the years and I didn't realize he had passed away until today. He was a really unique and special person with a great sense of humor and who was so much fun to be around because he was always happy. I will always cherish my memories of him.

Oh My Goodness! Words can not begin to express the loss
I feel in my heart. He was such a unique individual with a love for life and a terrific personality. I will truly miss him. May God bring peace to your family.

My memories of Joey bring a smile, always have and always will. We had so much fun together no matter what we were doing. I loved him and I still love all of you. Joey lived a remarkable life! His adventurous attitude, his broad range of interests, and his happy demeanor made him a wonderful person to know. He was patient, and generous with his time and affection.

I am so sad to hear this news. Joey and I had such great times together when we were in high school! He had such a joy for life and a fabulously wicked sense of humor. We were buddies in band, in carpooling together, in classes - in everything. What a loss. I hope he was happy and fulfilled in life and did not unduly suffer in death. My deepest sympathies to the Frederick family and to all of us who knew and loved Joey.
