Marie, Donna, Donya and family. My heart hurts for you as you mourn the loss of Gary. I know there will be such an empty place in your hearts and we will all miss him so much. He was such a great example of a Godly man, always striving to do the right thing is one of the most remarkable memories I have of him. He was so strong and yet so gentle and caring. He always had a smile and always made a point of giving me and my family a big ole hug when we visit there at the church in Kountze. When we were there back in February he went out of his way to hold my little grandson. I know he was in pain but he sat down and held him and hugged us all. I know without a doubt he is in the place of rest that he lived his life striving for. The most wonderful thing of all is that we will see him again someday. My prayers are with you for peace and comfort during this difficult time. I love you all.
