Ouida Hebert Abercrombie

My prayers and blessings goes out to Mrs, Quida's family.
Mrs,Quida was a very caring woman in so many ways, I never once heard her complain . She was always pleasant and very appeciative of everything that was done for her,a truly amazing woman indeed. She had the kindess and most sweetest spirit, she will be greatly missed I will always remember the sweet angel that I met on earth.

Dear Wally and Joy,

Warren and I offer our deepest sympathy in the loss of your mother. Even though I did not know her, a man has a special place in his heart for a mother. We hope to see you soon.

To the family:

Aunt Quida will be missed by us all..She had a special place in the Hebert Family. The many shots that I required as a youngun for some reason (I can not remember what for), but I can remember coming all the way home from Gilchrist just so Aunt Quida could give me my shot. I loved her and all the Hebert Belles with all my heart and she will be missed greatly. Our thoughts and Prayers along with our Love are there for you today if not in person.

Another Patriarch of the J Martin Hebert family has gone to heaven to be with this fantastic family. Quida, was one of a kind; stood up what she believed in; gave excellent examples for her siblings and theirs. She was one of a kind and we all admired her for it. The Felix Hebert families were very fortunate to have such a leader as Ouida. She was a very devout Catholic and was admred for her good examples.

May Her Soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed, REST IN PEACE, AMEN

Dear Wally and Joy,

Time is such a precious thing and you were so blessed to have her for such a long time. My thoughts have been with you both and want you to know how wonderful it would be to see you soon. I know one thing about your Mom, Wally--she sure had a great son, one that so many of us are fortunate to have known and valued as a friend through all these years.

Wally and Joy, thinking of you and extending my sympathy and understanding. Hold on to your memories and let them help you during this time of sadness.

I have such fond memories of visiting Nanny on Victoria Street with Aunt Louise next door. Can't remember a visit to Mom and Dad in Beaumont that we did not go by Nanny's -- coffee always brewed and pound cake ready to share with everyone. Nanny was famous for her delicious cakes and fruitcake cookies -- so interesting that each of the Hebert Belles had their own place in the scheme of things -- in the family heirarchy. What wonderful memories we have of all of the Felix Hebert siblings.
