Doug and family, sorry for your loss. Maybe Joann will run into Mother and Dad in heaven.

Your family is so special to my family that words truly can't express the sympathy that we have for you. Please know this, now matter how far we move in life, that we a part of the same family. Our prayers and heart go out to each of you. May God keep you, and give you peace. Love Always.

Doug & family:
You are in our prayers during this time. What a wonderful legacy JoAnn leaves! We have such great memories of her, and all of you, from our years at Cathedral. She has had an impact on the lives and Christian walk of so many. Take comfort in the assurance that her struggle has now become victory!

There are not enough words to express my deepest sympathy of hearing of the loss of Joann. I can't tell you how much I loved her.

She and Doug moved next door to us in Houston when Pat was a baby, then little Laurie and Mike came along. I babysat for them, but more importantly, Joann became a second mother to me. I've never known a more loving, caring, Christian woman. I could always go to her with every problem, every question, every secret. She was my confidant and a big sister to me.

Although the miles and years came between us, I have always loved her. She was a very special woman, and I know she touched everyone she met in a special way. I know she is singing with the angels tonight.

Doug, Pat, Laurie and Mike: May God comfort you at this deep loss in your lives. I know she will watch over all of you.

Joan was a very loving, compassionate and caring person. I knew her through the Christian Women Group
Since I had trouble with my knee, I had not seen her
lately. She was always such a joy to be around and we
had a lot of fun. My sympathy goes out to the family
