Boogie was like a father to us and a grandfather to our children. It is hard to imagine a world without him. He was a wonderful role model for how to be a devoted husband and father while still keeping your sense of humor. The memories of all the "projects" we tackled together make us laugh. We talk about the 6 am phone calls Boogie would make to us telling Kelly to get his truck someone is throwing away a lawn mower and he and Kelly can fix it., and they ususally got them running again. We miss you Boogie and Gloria.

I was so blessed & honored to have met Mr. Delahoussaye. He was a very intelligent & kind man with a great sense of humor. I know he is at peace & with his loving wife now. Praying for comfort & peace for his family. May God bless you in this sad time.

'Boogie' was our neighbor and we enjoyed talking with him and hearing his stories. He will be missed. There is definitely emptiness on our street. I know he is happy to be with his wife again. :) Until we meet again...
