I miss you

I am so sorry to hear of Pearl's passing. I couldn't let this go by without saying thanks to her one more time for the best sand tart recipe ever! She was reluctant to give it out, but, thru a little pesuasion, she gladly passed it to me. She even told me "her secret" to getting them just right! I felt so honored. Every time I make them, I think of her. She worked so hard at the St. Joseph's Altars @ Mrs. Farnie's. The food & sweets were the best I've ever had! So sorry for your loss. She will be remembered fondly!
