I loved Mrs. Neff. She was a very important part of my childhood. Juicy pigs, red velvet cake, trips to the beach, hauling us to Cheek to ride in the rodeo and all the other kind things she did for us will never be forgotten. My sympathy to all the family and friends. If you knew her you were blessed. Donnie

Thomas, Mark, John and Patrick, Our Mothers were best friends and are together in Heaven. No matter how old we are, losing a mother is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know, but her goodness, her caring and her wisdom live on, like a legacy of love that will always be with you. May it comfort you to know that, your Mother is safe in God’s care now. And that friends are praying for you and your Family in your time of sorrow.

To the Neff family, Kathleen was a wonderful lady that we adored so much. I will miss the long conversations we had in the office when she would stop by to chat. We will truly miss her. We will be praying for the Neff family in this difficult time. Kathleen you will truly be missed. God Bless the Neff family, Trudy and Kevin Grinnell

Kathleen was one of the best neighbors our family ever had. My daughters saw her as another "Mom" with whom they could visit over a Coke. My sons loved her as an understanding Mom who didn't get too nervous over their antics, of which there were many. Most of all, she was my friend, a wonderful Christian who thought of others and loved her family above all. Her kindness and wisdom will be missed by all who ever knew her.

Mrs. Neff (Memi) was such a wonderful lady. The true epitome of the Biblical Proverbs 31 woman. Sis, David, Brian, Sonya: I know you will miss her terribly until you see her again in heaven.

Maw Maw, I'm so glad you got to meet Acelyn, I wish she was old enough to remember what a fun great-grandmother she had. I'll always cherish our times at the beach. Give Grandpa a hug for me. I love you.
