Sandra, Jon and I are so terribly sorry for your loss of Tim. May you and your children know that you are in our prayers and that God will give you the strength to get through these trying days.

We had the priviledge of having Mr. Ferguson as our lawyer on two different occassions. I was very nervous about dealing with the suituations we have come up in our lives. But when we went into Mr. Ferguson's office he just had a way of making you know you were doing right. He sat down with us and talked to us. He was so great. He took the time of answering the questions we had and he kept us informed of the progress in our cases. We were saddened to hear of his passing. I hope this note will help the family with the pain that they are feeling at this time. May the good lord give his family comfort through this hard time. Mr. Ferguson will be missed through the justice system and also through friends and family.
