Tom, it had been 7 years since I had seen Ian but thought of him very often. I will always cherish the times that he and I shared. He had the best smile, a spark in his eyes and could make you laugh. Just know that in your time of loss that you have many, many people offering comfort and prayers for your healing from this, as I hear them every day. Of all of the things we understand as humans we are probably most connected and most affected by the loss of loved ones. Many are feeling your loss. Let the void left in your life be filled with the comfort of those that know and care for you and know the comfort that Ian is home where you will see him again.

We had so many good memories and so many deep conversations. Ian and I met at Grayburg Church and discovered we had 100 things in common. He was gentle, he was playful and he made everyone smile. I'm so glad to have known him. Prayer's to Ians' family and to all who loved him. Rest in Peace.
