My prayers are with the family. All though we never talked or saw each other lately I admired Bill greatly. I enjoyed his sense of humor and the way he strive to be a better man. It was an honor to have known him.

Sharon- I always enjoyed the time I spent hanging out at your house during Junior High and High School. I loved your parents very much. You are all in my prayers.

Farewell dear brother, I'm sure you were met by a large group that has prepared a place for all of us. I clearly remember the first amazing feat I witnessed at the age of 5 years. We were living in Sterling City and having troubles with a hawk getting our chickens. One day, hearing the squaking, I can still see you coming out the door with Dad's 410 shotgun. The hawk saw you to and tried to make a hasty escape as you bore down on him and with one shot brought him down before he could get out of range. I thought then that you were the straightest shooter there ever was only to prove in life that indeed you were a straight shooter in everything you tackled. You led by example and will always be remebered as such.

I knew an O'Dell family while I grew up in Royalty and Monahans. My dad Jess Watkins worked with your dad. My baby sister was a year younger than Bill. I think there was a R.W. O.Dell. I believe Bill was a postman in Monahans. I want to say how sorry to hear of your loss, but he has gone to a better place. I have lossed my parents and both sisters and my husband. My prayers go out to you and your family. Juanita
