Rev. Msgr. John DiStefano

In his quiet and gentle way, Father DiStefano inspired all of us to love and follow Jesus as he did. He was a gifted artist as well. We will miss this devoted and holy priest who meant so much to us. We are fortunate to have had such a friend.

I remember Father John from going to Mass (in the old church) at St. Pius when I was a child with my grandparents. He always seemed to be such a gentle man. I'm sure he will be missed by many.

WE WERE SO SADDEN TO HEAR OF MSGR. JOHN DiSTEFANO'S DEATH. HE WAS OUR PRIEST WHEN WE CAME TO BEAMONT. HE WILL BE MISSED BY A LOT OF PEOPLE. THE LORD NEEDED A NEW DISCIPLE, SO HE CALLED HIM HOME. MAY HE REST IN PEACE. OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH THE ENTIRE FAMILY.

FR John is surely going to be missed by a lot of people, especially
ME. He was a wonderful person , Friend and a Great Cook and I'M
going to miss the Cucuzza ( Italian Squash ) that he brought me every year and the Pasta he used to prepare. MAY GOD BLESS HIS SOUL

Fr. John will be missed greatly. He was a wonderful, sweet, kind, and God loving man. God Bless his family.

What a wonderful man and priest Fr. John was. This is indeed a sad day for us, but I know that Heaven is certainly rejoicing today! Fr. John was a very special person and I have many fond memories of him.
