William Charles Looney

Mr. Looney's apartment at Hotel Beaumont was next to my Mom's apartment before she moved. Mr. Looney was always so kind, polite, and sweet to Mom and myself. I would hear him playing music every afternoon, probably while he napped. The music was wonderful and so was Bill. I am sorry for his loss. He was a great man.
