Karen, I hated to here about Mike. I seen him some years back on my boat when he was doing the barge inspection thing. As you know we all go back along ways. I was thinking about him awhile back.I really know how hard it is for you. I will miss him, he was always real . My GOD BLESS YOU.

Karen, Our hearts go out to you & your family. We did not know Mike for very long, but for the time that we did we know him, we knew what a great guy & great neighbor he was. He waived everytime he passed our house & if outside-- he always spoke. We will miss him very much. May God wrap His comforting arms around you & yours during this most difficult time. Karen & Family,
Even though I was in the class of '75, Mike was always friendly to me and became a friend the moment we met. I too, wish I could have had Mike's good looks and that never ending bright smile. I wasn't on shift here at the fire station when the call was made to your home, but as soon as I saw the report and heard his name my heart sank! He will be remembered always. My sincere prayers go out to all of you. God Bless Mike for being a friend to so many.
