Our sincere condolences to the entire family. Valerie and I will be in Washington D.C. for the National March for Life, so will not be able to attend the funeral, but we will keep cousin Rita and the family in our prayers as we march for the unborn and the sanctity of Life. God bless!

Rita was like my second mom. If I wasn't at my house, I was "over at Brad & Steve's". She was also my Cub Scout den mother. I fondly remember her participation in many PTA fall carnivals at Pietzsch Elementary. Rita seemed to always have some kitchen treats prepared and ready to eat too. Often she would share a tiny shard of Brad's special white chocolate. Rita was truly a Saint for tolerating the shenanigans of me and Steve when we were 'tinkering' with some smoking (literally) hot electrical project or me and Brad when we were rough-housing in the back yard or scrounging around in the garage. She also took me along for some of the Williams' family night swims at the downtown Y and sun perch fishing at the Petkovsek farm. Ralph would always bring along the Polaroid and take pictures. Rita, Ralph, Steve and Brad were a very important part of my growing up as a Neighborly Neighbor on Zavalla Drive in South Park. I'll always cherish those indelible memories.

Dear Ralph, Steve, Brad, Stacie, BJ, Chris, Paula, Cindy, Britni, We are so sorry to not be able to be there with y'all in person. You were there so many times for Mom and I. We will cherish all our happy memories of Aunt Rita. She always seemed to be taking care of everyone around her. We will remember her great sense of humor. Please know that all of you are very much in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers. (please hug Luke and Gavin for us.) Love Hans, Nancy, Hans II, Keith, Dana, and Holly

Dear Ralph , Steve , and Brad, I will not be able to be 'with' you all in person, but wanted you each to 'know' that I will surely 'be there' in spirit . My love for Rita began a very long time ago , and we were such 'good pals', that one of my very 'favorite things' was , to 'spend the night with Rita' , even when I was only about 5 years old!!! As life often does , it keeps us from 'seeing' the very ones we love the most . But , Rita and I always 'knew' how much we cared for each other . Please give my reguards to 'all' family and let them know that my thoughts and prayers will certainly be with each one . God Bless each of you with lovely 'memories' , and may He give you each 'the peace that just passes our undertanding , Love, cousin Noreen.
