My sadness joins yours in hearing of this news of RB...he was a great Texan, represented our southwest section of Jefferson County well as an elected official, and was a loving, caring father and friend!
It has been my honor to know him and to know each of you, Earlene, Rodney, Richard and Shane! They don't make them like RB anymore!!! I remember him so well as does my sister Anita. We will miss him.
