I am so very saddened to hear this news. Dr Courville was my dentist several years ago and Carolyn worked in the office there as well. I always looked forward to going in there so I could visit with her. She had such a magnetic personality and was so beautiful inside and out. I know she will be missed by her many friends and family. Dr Courville, please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dr. Courville, Like all of us, I loved and admired Carolyn dearly. Few people can be as sweet and fun loving as she was throughout her life. Because she had so much vitality, I am sad that she suffered greatly.
Through these last months, you and your family displayed tremendous courage, which has been an inspiration to us all -- which we can remember when we too must face difficult moments. I thank you for the strength you gave us while we thought we were helping you. Our love and thoughts are with you.
Blessings, Kimberly G.

Robert Earl and family,
Carolyn fought this disease with all her might, and for so much longer than many others would have had the spirit and strength to do. She never gave up, and I am sure that her long term efforts will help many others now, and in the future.
The office didn't seem the same when she retired last year, so I cannot imagine the depth of your loss. I will always remember her sweet disposition and optimism, and the example of grace she showed us all.
Gail Jenkins
