Even though I did not get a chance to visit with Tommy much over the last several years, whenever we did connect , he was always easy to be with as a good friend and would be full of life. I always enjoyed speaking with him about the history of Beaumont and the various building architectural styles he knew so well. I will miss him as many others will too. It is a great testament to their love that Steve would be so generous and caring to be with Tommy to the last. May he now rest in peace.

I worked with Tommy, I can't believe it's been over 20 years ago, at Med Center Bank. He and I were bank tellers together and he made my workday such a joy and a fun place to work because he loved to joke and have a good time We were always laughing. He was a dear friend to me and I loved him dearly. I will miss him.

Tommy has been a dear friend for more than 20 years and he will be missed. Whether it was a real estate deal, camping at Rayburn or a Christmas Party at 'Big Broadway', he was always so up beat & positive about everything & loved having his friends around him. There is already a huge void that can never be filled by his passing. Not a day will go by without thinking of him & all the bright moments he has brought into our lives.
A special thanks to Stephen Wetzel for being there when Tommy really needed you. You were always the love of his life. The weekend you spent in Galveston was one of the most special times for him.
Tommy is finally at peace with himself and the world, and with you by his side I know his last few days were like heaven on earth. We will always Love you both.

I met Tom when I started working at the bank, and when I made the mistake of calling him "Mr. Hinson", he quickly corrected me and told me to just call him Tom. He was always friendly, and I will miss his presence there.
