Wayne Pitts

I met Wayne in 2000, at the Florida Seabase. What a wonderful and kind man. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family. His presence will be missed but his spirit will be with us.

I love you Dad,
I remember being at the scout banquet with you and Mom and I went into labor with Clinton. The look on your face when I stopped in the middle of the parking lot cause I was having a contration. Clinton Wayne Pitts was born on February 8, 1990 the birthday of scouting. I later also gave birth to a daughter Jessica in 1991 I was honored to give such a great man two of his six grand children. May God bless your family during this most difficult time.

To the family, Wayne and I only worked together several times in the Atlanta area, but he was a great Scouter, always setting the great example for those around him. I hope we shall all meet again at the greater Gilwell in the sky.

So sorry to hear of our dear classmate's passing. Our deepest sympathy and prayers for his family.

Many wonderful scouting memories. Thanks to Wayne, I was able to do Walking Woodbadge at Philmont.

I am so sorry for your loss! My dearest sympathy goes out to your family.

Wayne was an inspiration to many of us. I spent my entire Scout "career" with Wayne. He taught and mentored many of us all the way to Eagle. I am eternally grateful for that help. I remember 2 trips with him to Philmont. Wish it could have been more! Because of his help and guidance I can forever say "I am an Eagle Scout". Thank you Wayne!

Whenever I came to visit my family, he would always come over and visit with me in church before and after the service. Always smiling and happy to see everyone. He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this trying time.

We thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday, and days before that, too. We think of you in silence, we often speak your name. Now all we have is memories and your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake with which we'll never part. You're safe now in God's keeping. We have you in our hearts.
