We are so sorry for your loss. The picture posted is a beautiful picture of her. Although she was of the age that we know she hadn't much time left, it still hurts those left behind when she's no longer here. I feel quite certain that she wanted to join your Dad for his birthday celebration and that they are celebrating being with each other again. Your whole family is in our thoughts and prayers.
