Dear Helen and Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know Bill adored all of his kids and you. He would often speak of you all when we worked for the City. I know he loved all the big gatherings of family and I won't forget the hard work put into the events by the family for the Halloween parties, and fish frys.
