To the family of Jerri,
There are so many of us at St. Elizabeth Hospital that worked with Jerri in the Respiratory Care Department that want to let you know that she was special to us. Those of us that remain are all a little older, maybe a little wiser, but for sure we remember our Jerri. As the receptionist she was the face and voice that most of our guests first encountered. And I am certain that it was a pleasant experience. Jerri was kind and tenderhearted person-and always a lady. Her talents were many....and we loved to attend her dinner theater nights and see her talent in action. She was a wonderful cook and it was a treat to find her wonderful cakes and cookies in the staff lounge. She was a mother figure to many...but a friend to all. Our only regret is that in this busy life we live....that we somehow lost touch.
Sincerely, Shelly McKinney Cooper on behalf of the St. Elizabeth Respiratory Care Staff

Dear Ben, I'm so sorry for your loss. I didn't know your mom, but she must have been a great woman with a kind heart to have raised a son like you. I pray you and your family will find comfort in your happy memories of her. God bless. Shelley

Ben, , I just found out about your Mom's death today (Friday the 27th). So sorry to hear about your loss, and sorry I missed the visitation. Your Mom was such a wonderful and sweet woman. I fondly remember the nights jamming at your parent's house, and how they were always so welcoming. I also remember how your Mom loved to decorate for the holidays, and her big, huge Christmas stocking. Anyway, again, so sorry for your loss. I do know this, she is in a better place of peace, and glory, and joy.
Love, Sharon

I extend my deepest sympathy to the family. I have many fond memories of Jerri in the years I was growing up in Beaumont with my connection to Jerri through Uncle Carl & Aunt Louise Savino and all of those relatives of theirs in Center and Tyler. I was saddened to hear of her passing away. The memories, will live on.
