I live three blocks away from Van's Grocery. When I heard what happened I was deeply sorrowful and angry. I did not know Minh-Dang but I did see her once at the grocery. My heart goes out to you all and I have prayed to our Father, the God of every consolation, to comfort you and grant you peace in Christ Jesus.

Thao and I always enjoyed crossing paths with Dang. She was always so friendly. She always brought a smile to our face and a happiness to our hearts. We will truly miss her.

Dang, you were like a sister to me. You inspire me to be out going and just live life happily. I miss you very much and you will always be in my heart. R.I.P

Dang and I took a class together my senior year....I always remembered her as a very quiet but very sweet person...she had the kindest spirit......I pray for her family and close friends in this time of bereavement and hope that Gods comforting hand will guide you all through this tough time. Dang truly is an unforgettable person and she will be forever loved!!!!!!! Love you Girl!!!!!!

I barely knew Dang, but she touched my life in such a profound way with her joy, laughter, and kindness. She made everyone she came in contact with feel as if they were her best friend. You will always be loved and missed dearly Dang. I'll miss your bright and cheery smile when you'd walk into the Nursing Building and say hello! You'll always hold a place in my heart. Your memory will constantly keep me striving to be a more joyful person as you were..

Dear Dang,
You were such a beautiful young lady,always smiling, and making everyone around you laugh. We were very lucky to have been a part of your life and i was lucky to have you as a friend. My heart goes out to Minh-Dang's family she will always be remembered and will forever be in our hearts.
