I am at a loss for words as I have just read of Teresa's passing. I first met Teresa at the New Comers Club of Lake Charles. Teresa's stunning smile was contagious and her sense of humour has left many fond memories of Bunko nights and luncheons. I left the US before Abby was born but have enjoyed watching her grow on FB....I have often said how she looks like her mom. Teresa, you truly were a blessing to all those who have met you and we thank you for all the happiness you have brought us. You will be missed.

Miss you so much, Teri. It's your first birthday in Heaven. Hoping you have a joyous day. Will see you later at the party at the mansion. In the meantime, it's just not the same here without you, and never will be.

I met Teresa shortly after the filming of Deep Ellum Alive ended. She was a very bubbly, vibrant woman, full of life. She had a wonderful personality and I have had the pleasure of photographing her on 2 or 3 occassions. She had the gift of being able to perform to the camera, and she was quite good. I admired her because she was not afraid to try new and different things; things that would have terrified me since I am not comfortable in front of a camera.

She was a wonderful, beautiful person and she will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Teresa's passing...I had no idea. I just found out today while speaking with a friend. I worked with her for awhile at Clear Channel Radio in 2006-2007 and I would run into her out and about from time to time at events. She was such a sweet person and I enjoyed the many conversations we had at the station...most of them about her daughter and our kids in general, sometimes just to talk smack. I always thought she was a wonderful lady and a great co-worker. I'm sorry I didn't know of this sooner. Please accept my prayers and condolences to your family.

For those of you who don't live close by, Teresa made a big impact on many people in a short time. Without that impact, her passing would have been that much harder to deal with. Teresa was loved, or at least liked and respected by many people. I count many of those now as friends. Friends who have been there when I needed them and who have pledged to remain available to be a help to Abby and me. Many don't realize how many places Teresa visited in her short life. She was fluent in Japanese. She visited many eastern countries and made lasting friendships. For those of you who are only now discovering that she passed, I want you to know Teresa packed a lot of living into the 11 years we were married and passed on much of herself to our beautiful daughter. Abby is doing well and understands where her mommy is and knows mommy's spirit is watching over her and always will be. Please contact us if you haven't already and share what you remember about Teresa. All of these postings are going into a keepsake book for my baby girl so she will have a little idea of what and who Teresa was. My thanks to everyone and my pledge to "pay it forward" for all the kindness we've been shown. Teresa, you'll never be forgotten.
Love and respect,
Brian

Brian and Abby we never got to meet but I met Teresa at an Advocare event. What a wonderful, beautiful, sweet lady. She had such an contagious spirit about her. I loved seeing her because she always had a smile that lite up the room. What a blessing it was for me to meet and know her such a short time. She will be truly missed but I know I will see her again one day and her smile will let me know it's her!! God Bless you both. Kelli
