To Erin, Joyce, Josie, Aunty Jane, Greg, Candi & Kids and to all who knew and loved Judd :-
I'll never forget the memories together and the first time I was blessed and honored to meet this great man. I felt at home the first night I spent at his modest home and the Christmas holiday travels of 2007, the wood-working - building simple furniture together and his greatness, wisdom and kindness that I benefited from so often. Judd always had the right words to say to elevate us, make you laugh, smile and think.
There is a saying from an ancient African proverb: "The best way to know a friend from an enemy is to travel together"... and travel we did-together! He was a friend! And I will miss this man - Lord knows I will miss him and Judd and family will be in my prayers and thoughts for a long-long time and forever.
It is said God created man in His own image - I think beloved Judd was one for us here on earth and he is back home and in peace reunited with his loved ones who left us earlier.
See you Judd on the other side - We'll build some chairs to sit back on and watch over our loved ones here on earth.
Erin, Joyce, Josie, Aunty Jane, Greg, Candi & Kids; My deepest sympathies and love too each and everyone of you.
I shall pray and fast for God's pleasure on behalf of and for Judd and you all. It is my very little but sincerest act to show and share Judd's "Love for All, Hatred for None" lifestyle.
My God, I shall miss this great man and I am indeed very-very sad.
Your friend, Q. (Judd could just not get it right- So we settled for Q).

Having Jud as a brother has always been a source of pride. My joy increased when I listened to those at the memorial who also loved and respected Jud. We all will miss his calming presence--apparently Jud helped many of us on his earthly journey.

Hank was a really good man that I had the chance to work with and get to know while working at South Hampton. I use to sit and talk to him about things he done in the past. He was a very sharp man when it came to his memory. He will be greatly missed.

I remember the good times in the early 1990's, when "easy going Jud", kept us on an even keel, as our Treasurer of the SETX Vietnam Veterans Foundation, while we provided College Scholorships for Veterans and their children. Jud will missed by many Veterans in the Golden Triangle. Our prayers go to his family. T.C. Gibson, VVA Chapter 292
