Dear Ramos Family, I am so sorry to hear about Billy. He always such a sweet person. I would see him through the years and no matter how long it had been he was always the same. I remember growing up with his sisters, but Billie was always around. I will let my Uncle Bobby know. Him and Billie were good friends. Prayers and thoughts with your family. Colleen Ford Adkins

JoAnn & Walter, I met Billy when he and my husband longshored together. He came to our house many times and I have many happy memories of him. It's such a small world, as I did not know JoAnn, that this was your brother. My prayers are with you. Evelyn

I met Billy in the 70's at my first job at Montgomery Ward and have such fond memories of him. He was so enjoyable to be around on a daily basis. We had a fun group to work with during those years and I think it was Billy's daily mission to make us laugh. He was always playing jokes on me and I was so naive back then, I believed him. My prayers are with all his family, as I know he will be missed by everyone who knew him. Judy Menge Stoeppleman

My memories of Billy Joe are vivid. His smile and sense of humor was infectious! He lived with us briefly when I was a little girl and brought so much warmth, humor and laughter into our home!! My dad (Jerry), mother (Mary Ann) and Billy Joe had so much fun going out and dancing! Billy was a great dancer. The practical jokes they played on one another were endless. I loved him dearly as a little girl and still today think of him often with a smile. He is in heaven with out Lord and Savior, his parents and my mother. Rest well Billy Joe! You are gone but not forgotten. Love, Gaynell
