To all the Caffarel clan,

I am more than grieved about Ted but know he is absolutely with God. Ted was always quick off the cuff and made everyone laugh and smile, a faithful follower of Christ and just plain all American. He kiddingly referred to me as his "nemesis" and we would just laugh about it. Flying was his passion and now he flies with the angels above. Thanks for the memories.

The memory of watching 'our' boys play soccer here in Beaumont will be among many. Your straight shooting personality, the double dose blessing from God for the talent that allowed you to help others around you, and the common sense that guided you thru life will be a benchmark for those of us left to remember you.

Ted, I will always count it a blessing to have been a friend of yours.

May God Bless you and give you rest. My prayers are with your family.

Wade and Family,

I loved Ted. He was truly a unique friend and person. He always had a great ability for making people feel great when they were around. I loved his conviction and zest for life. I will miss him greatly. Zach and Lauren, hang tough and look to God for all answers to the questions you have.

I love you guys,

Staci Ishee

I was so shocked and saddened by the news about Ted. He was a dear friend growing up in White Castle and loved by many. It was a blessing to see him and visit for the class reunion. My thoughts and prayers are with Ted's family and friends. God Bless.

Ted and I go back a bunch of years. We shared many things in common, both business owners, flying, step children, and our views on politics, etc. We swapped some e-mails just in the past week, and upon learning of his death, I am very sad and I am in total shock. Great guy, and I will dearly miss him. Hey partner, keep those wings level and stay in smooth air!!!!

"Ted had a good soul and did what was right for other people. And he shared his stuff." Emaliah Sawyer age 6 Ted's other girlfriend.

There aren't many people in this world like Ted. We were so blessed by his kinship during his time in Colorado. He and God are probably debating on where the next hunt should be. God has a new hunting partner but we are going to miss the heck out of him.

Thanks so much to friends and family who have supported us in love and prayers and acts of kindness. The meals, the cards, frequent flyer points, all the different ways that you have shown your care - it will never be forgotten. Ted was loved by so many, and it shows. I am his sister-in-law and I have been truly moved by the words you have offered here. God's blessings to you all.
