We just heard of John's death. We are in Bozeman, Mt for the summer and are so sorry that we could not be there. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We enjoyed the times that we spent with ya'll.

Dear Betty, John, Tammy,
It is with much sadness that we learned of John's death only last night. We surely regret not finding out in enough time to be there for the services. We have had lots of fun with John through the years, and he had lots of fun teasing me unmercifully about keeping my coffee in the freezer, using too much soap and water, and many other things that I certainly cannot mention here!! What a larger-than-life individual he was and a real asset to Sertoma, his family, his friends, and everyone who knew him. He knew how to enjoy life, no doubt about that! He will be sadly missed. I will keep you, Betty, and your entire family in my prayers. Love you!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time. You know how much we loved John and so enjoyed his teasing. He gave as good as he got! Sertoma and Cajuns everywhere have suffered a great loss. Thankfully we have wonderful memories and will never forget John.

Dear Betty and family, Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. John was one of the main reasons I always looked forward to Sertoma functions. I always knew we'd have lots of good laughs if he was around. He will always be one of my favorites and I will treasure my memories of him always.

What a great, funny man he was, and he always made me feel so welcome. The Mardi Gras parades won't be the same without seeing him waiting at the end of the route.

We are so sorry for your loss.
