Dr. John W. Roper

I worked with Dr. Roper many years at CPC..Such a great teacher and all around person..We enjoyed his rose garden that he planted .He loved to take his break and get his hands dirty. Doc. said it was worth it just to see others enjoy the buds opening showing the colors and smell. He will be trully miss by me and everyone that he met..

Dear Joanne and Family:

I am so sorry for your loss of Dr. Roper. My Heart and Prayers are with you. I can say I loved working with Dr. Roper he alwayes had such wonderful stories to enlighten everyone with. I will alwayes remember his kind heart.

I would like to send my condolences to Joanne and all the family of John Roper. I worked with Dr Roper at MHMR for many years. He taught me many things and not just about mental health. He was one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. The world has lost a truely great man. You all will be in my prayers.

I would like to extend my most heartfelt condolences to the entire family of Dr. John Roper. I never got to meet him, but I know his beautiful daughters and have heard many wonderful stories of his life. My love and prayers go to you all, especially to you Joanne. May God bless you in this difficult time, you gave so many years of love and devotion to this special man. May God bless and keep you all in HIS perfect care.

The world has lost a great advocate for the mentally ill. I worked with Dr.Roper at MHMR 10 years ago and remember it like it was yesterday. He was such a great teacher.

Joanne, I'm so sorry for Dr. Roper's passing. He was such an amazing man and the work he did for the mental health community and beyond will forever be his legacy. I'm praying for you and your family at this time that God will carry you in His arms and provide comfort.

Thanks you for bringing so uch happiness to my mother. She will miss you terribly as we all will.
