Mrs. Beverly Herring, taught my 9th grade English class at McArthur. She was an excellent teacher. She was also a great Mom, you could tell by the way her two sons loved her and carried themselves. The few times I spent the night at The Herring's household, I was always treated with love and respect. She didn't even mind that I was playing along with Jimi Hendrix long after she had gone to bed. That was pretty cool! Beverly was a special lady and will truly be missed.

Pat,
I am so sorry about your wonderful mom. It hasn't been that long since I was where you are.
If there is anything I can do, let me know. You and Mike will be in my prayers always.

Love ya, my friend,

My love and prayers to Beverly's family. She was a very precious person that I knew in Paris High School, Paris Jr. College, and ETSU.

Pat:
Your mother was one of my teachers either at McArthur Jr High or South Park High---she was a lovely person, and had a soft voice when she spoke. My thoughts are with you.

We loved Beverly and will miss her in our HAMACO Sunday School class. We all took pride in the fact that we were East Texas State University Lion exes. Rest in the peace of a well earned eternity with God.

Jeanie/Beverly was such an incredible cousin who always filled a room with love and laughter. Her smile and laugh were her fabulous trademarks. There are so many good times to remember over the years. Tommy joins me in expressing our deepest sympathy to Pat, Mike and their families. Take comfort in knowing that she is a step further along in God's great plan for us. We will all miss her.
