My deepest sympathy to Gloria and family. I will always remember Billy as one of the kindest men I know. He treated me as an equal as a co-worker, not always the case for a woman working in a mostly male dominated industry. In addition, he was friendly, good natured, and I never heard him talking badly of anyone. He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Billy's family. I met Billy & Gloria when they were active with Vietnam Veterans Chapter #292. May God grant each of you comfort in your time of need. RIP Billy.
