I have known Estelle since I was three years old. She loved to tell the story. I also worked on and off for Estelle since my high school years. I loved her,she was a part of my family. She loved my mother, respected her, and admired her. Mama felt the same way. I will miss her, and her stories. She is resting now and at peace! To Darlene and all of Estelles family and friends, remember the good times. We have all been a part of those times with Estelle. God Bless you all. Myra .

To the family and friends of Estelle, my sympathy and prayers go out to you. I got to know Estelle during the time her mom was sick and there at the cleaners. She was always willing to help out the people who came in and asked her a question. She has been in the neighborhood for many years and just knowing she won't be there any longer will be sad. I pray that God will bless all those who loved and cared for her in a special way. Estelle we will miss you my friend....

For 30 years we had a great business relationship, she had a soft spot in her heart for her employees and customers, she will be missed.
Darlene will carry on Estelle's legacy, I have no doubt.

By the impression of the people close to her, I know that this world has lost a great person that she will be missed dearly.

I know what Estelle meant to my beloved sister ,Darlene. Estelle thought of her as the daughter she never had, and I know Darlene thought of her as a mother figure and a loving friend in return. Darlene will not know what to do now with the extra food she'd bring her and listening to Estelle's profound sermons!!! She will truly be missed by family and friends but mostly by a community that she was a part of for so many years. But you can bet Estelle will always be watching over and telling someone up there what she thinks and how to do something the Estelle way. God bless Estelle and all her family, friends and Darlene.
